In Loving Memory of Rao Muhammad Zafar (Late)
Rao Muhammad Zafar was a dedicated educator, social reformer, and the primary mentor behind the structural concepts of the Youth Development Chapter. He firmly believed that education is not merely a tool for economic livelihood, but the ultimate pillar for constructing a model human character. His lifelong passion for youth mentorship and social upliftment is the foundation of our work.
